General Information
Time, date and place of birth required
If accurate time is not available a chart can be rectified or a more general chart may be used.
Sessions take 1 to 2 hours.
Mail order and gift certificates available. Sessions can be in person, via Skype or VSee. It is also possible for me to do a reading without the client present. Once received you can contact me with further questions or24 hour notice required for cancellation. If you simply do not show up I charge 1/2 the fee of your session to compensate for my investment of time preparing your chart.
All sessions are recorded and can be emailed or burned onto a CD for you.
Natal Chart
This is the root of all other readings. We may not remember what was happening at the moment we took our first breath but it is all written in the chart of that moment. The natal chart is based on time, date and place of your birth. It provides a general pattern in terms of strengths, conflicts and personality traits offering possibilities for personal integration and understanding.

Yearly Update (Progressions and Transits)
Once you have had a natal chart reading with me you can come for a tune up. This reading elaborates on the natal chart in terms of specific cycles. I am less concerned with predictions of specific events and more interested in navigating life as it arises. (I believe that the future is not predetermined but arises in relation to how aware we are in the eternal present which is always happening.) This reading provides a detailed analysis of the coming year, to help prepare you for forthcoming trends

Specialized Focus
For those who don’t require a full natal reading or update or for those who need specific clarification of an issue, I offer a 1/2 hour reading (Option 1 below) which I record on my own and send as a cd or an attachment via email. You can call or email me with your issues before the session. I also offer a ‘per question’ option (Option 2 below). For this one you can email me with a question and I will respond with an email back.

Compatibility
Once you have a sense of your essential natal pattern, it is possible to compare two or more charts. I can’t really say who should or should not love each other but comparing astrological charts helps open communications by identifying areas of compatibility and conflict. This is useful in all kinds of relationships:
Spouses, family members, romantic partners, business partnerships and any kind of relationships you experience. The cost is $280.00 + HST and you can subtract $25.00 + HST for each person whose chart I have already read.

Relocation
This technique outlines the dynamic relationship between you and your environment. It offers help in choosing a place to live or travel as well as in coming to terms with your present residence. It can be annoying to discover that the best place for love is the middle of the Atlantic Ocean but you might just be inspired to travel over water if this is the case. No extra charge when included with a Natal or Update reading
Rectification
Should you be among the many who do not know when they were born I can put on the astrological detective hat and figure it out by a process of rectification. This requires a session prior to the actual reading.
The Wheel of the Year
Each year the Moon in her monthly dance inscribes a spiral of cycles around us. For those who want even greater detail in their yearly forecast it is possible to understand this cycle in the context of your natal chart. Fixed Stars
Sometimes you want to dig more deeply into the images that astrology offers. For those who want more it is possible to reach beyond our solar system to the place where the stars fill the heavens. In this reading we use not only stars in the constellations of the zodiac but other stars from other constellations as well. In ancient times this was a more common practice. The fixed stars add a mythic dimension to the chart that is both ancient and relevant. Please email me for information if interested.
Classes and Workshops – I teach classes and workshops as well as lecturing on various topics. Where it is appropriate, we use charts of the participants to increase understanding. Classes and workshops are aimed at using astrology as a tool for living.
Creating and Developing Characters with Writers
Sometimes it can be helpful, when creating imaginary people, to give them a real astrological chart. This allows the artist to discuss the person as if s/he were real and it allows the astrologer to consider what kind of ‘back story’ might have created the personality which is expressed by the character. It also helps keep the character culturally consistent because casting a chart requires an actual date and location. A character born in 1948 will have a different generational backdrop than one born in 1970. This consideration is always part of a horoscope. $200.00 + tax Invoiced please email if interested.
